Friendly Textures

The challenge this week on My Time to Craft is In Stitches.

I made this card for my sister’s birthday using Friendly Plastic. I added pale pink gems & stitched the friendly plastic to handmade paper using silver metallic thread. This was mounted on to a piece of hessian.

I dry embossed a few lines on the base card to add further dimension & texture.

My thanks go to Liz Welch for the inspiration for this card.
