World Collage Day - 14 May 2022

 With it's origins associated with Kolaj Magazine,
the second Saturday in May is

World Collage Day

There are events taking place around the world,

celebrating collage art in all it's forms.

One such event is an exhibition in Ghent, Belgium

organised by Coupee Collage Collective.

Small collages, each on a 3x3 inch post-it note.

Don't be afraid

This inspired me to make three small collages,

3 inch by 3 inch,

just to mark the occasion.

Dream big

I used an advertising leaflet

from a local wildlife charity,

words cut from a booklet from

In The Moment magazine

(sadly no longer in print),

with old paper scraps.
