Jolly Fairy Wishes

This week's theme at My Time to Craft is Tickled Pink.

I have made a birthday card made using Jolly Nation decoupage.



The background was a free download from Funky Fairy.

The crown & wand were highlighted with a clear stardust pen by Sukura.

A final touch of pale pink organza ribbon was added.
