A birthday card using a decoupage sheet from Splash Crafts.
The layers were cut out & edged with black ink,
then shaped & adhered using Pinflair Glue Gel
to give added dimension.
I used a sheet of patterned paper from K & Company as backing,
with the edges sanded.
