The two sets of letters were cut out using a circle paper punch. The top layer was made into a banner, with silver metallic thread. They were adhered to the bottom layer using black 3d foam pads.
Three black brads were added as the finishing touch.

This card uses paper & elements from the Shabby Princess Moody Blues range & textured cardstock from Bazzill Basics.
