The mountboard base was covered using paper from the Shabby Princess Dinner Party range. A black stardust pen by Sukura was used to doddle over the cat. Glossy Accents were used to highlight the eyes. Black ribbon & eyelets were added. Finally, the ATC was edged with black ink.
